Our social-enterprise status is not decoration
NGO and government buyers choose us at a markedly higher rate than the market average — because a partner whose surplus funds vocational training for disadvantaged learners is a partner that survives procurement scrutiny.
- Government-recognised social enterprise since 2020
- Subsidised rates for NGOs, schools and public bodies — below corporate, never above
- Programmes for SEN, visually impaired, elderly and ethnic-minority learners

Questions
Frequently asked questions
How much does a coffee workshop cost in Hong Kong?
There is no single list price — cost depends on group size, programme, venue and delivery language. Tell us the details through our quote form and a reviewed quotation reaches your work inbox within 30 minutes during office hours. NGO, school and government rates are subsidised below our corporate rate.
What happens under a typhoon or black rainstorm signal?
If a T8+ signal or black rainstorm warning is in force within three hours of your session, the event moves to a new date at no charge, with priority rebooking. We confirm the arrangement with you the moment the Observatory signal is announced.
Do you teach in English?
Yes — Cantonese, English and Putonghua, all by the same accredited trainer team. English delivery carries a small uplift, shown in your quote. We have delivered English sessions for ERM, ExxonMobil, L’Oréal and BlackRock.
