120 firefighters, six trainers, one latte art session
Tasse Coffee delivered a single latte art workshop for 120 Fire Services Department staff at Tsim Sha Tsui Fire Station — the largest hands-on coffee session on our record — using six accredited trainers and a rotating-station format so every participant poured their own pattern.

The brief
The station wanted a welfare activity the whole watch could join at once — not split across weeks. A typical training room takes about 30 for hands-on coffee; the brief was four times that, in one sitting, inside a working fire station.
What we did
We ran six espresso stations in parallel with one accredited trainer each, moving squads through theory, milk steaming and pouring in rotation. Equipment, milk and power management were planned around the station floor, and the format kept every group hands-on rather than watching.
The result
All 120 stations completed their pours within the session, and the department has booked Tasse three times to date — the number that matters most from a government client.
