Hong Kong Milk Tea Workshop
The Hong Kong story, taught by a 2024 Golden Tea King Competition award winner.
A Hong Kong milk tea workshop teaches the city’s signature drink — tea blending, the silk-stocking pulling technique (撞茶), and how milk choice changes the cup. At Tasse Coffee the class is taught by a merit awardee of the 2024 National & Greater Bay Area Golden Tea King Competition, making it a favourite for visiting teams, cultural programmes and anniversary events.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Is this suitable for non-Chinese-speaking guests?
Very — it is our most-requested programme for overseas visitors, delivered fully in English with the cultural story woven through.
Does it need special venue facilities?
We bring portable stoves and urns; the venue needs ventilation, power and a water point. Our campus is fully fitted if simpler.
