Coffee Team Building

The team activity a room of colleagues actually remembers.

Coffee team building is a hands-on group activity where colleagues learn latte art, hand-brew or milk tea from accredited trainers — at your office or our SCA Premier Training Campus. 274 Hong Kong organisations have booked Tasse programmes — including coffee team building for HSBC, Cathay Pacific, the Fire Services Department and Microsoft — for groups from 8 to 120 people.

What happens in the session

  1. 01

    Choose the format

Latte art is the crowd favourite; hand-brew suits quieter teams; milk tea brings the Hong Kong story. Mix formats for larger groups.

  2. 02

    Short theory, long practice

Fifteen minutes of essentials, then everyone is on a machine. One trainer per 20 participants keeps it hands-on, not a demonstration.

  3. 03

    Team challenges

Pouring contests judged by our certified examiners, with winning teams taking home their patterns on camera.

  4. 04

    Everyone leaves with a result

A pattern they poured themselves, a participation certificate, and event photos supplied for your internal comms.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How many people can join one session?

From 8 to 120 in a single sitting. Above 20 participants we add trainers at a 1:20 ratio and run rotating stations — the format we used for the Fire Services Department’s 120-person session.

Can you run it at our office?

Yes — we transport espresso machines, grinders and all materials to you. We need table space, standard power sockets and a water point nearby; our team handles setup and clear-down.

How far ahead should we book?

Two to three weeks for standard sessions; four to six weeks for 60+ participants or December dates.

Do you deliver in English?

Yes — Cantonese, English and Putonghua by the same accredited team. We have delivered English sessions for ERM, ExxonMobil, L’Oréal and BlackRock.
