For HSBC, Tasse Coffee combined specialty coffee catering with a hands-on latte art experience for a 60-person staff event in 2025 — baristas serving on one side of the floor while colleagues learned to pour on the other.

The brief
An internal engagement event where coffee was the activity, not just the refreshment — for a bank whose staff have seen every standard team-building format.
What we did
A full mobile espresso bar with professional baristas ran service throughout, while our trainers rotated groups through a latte art station — theory kept short, hands-on time kept long.
The result
Sixty colleagues served and taught in one event window. HSBC sits alongside Hang Seng, Bank of China (HK), ICBC (Asia) and CCB (Asia) on our banking client list.
